The only reason the product did not receive a 5 Star rating is due to the control panel in the door being super sensitive to touch. Settings are changed very easily and can start the machine post loading and closing the door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet. Cleans well. drys well. Does what it is supposed to do and does it very well. It is also very attractive. A+++++

18mo old-doesn’t clean or heat

We’ve had our machine for 18mo. It’s a new house where the builder chose this machine. It’s stopped working as soon as the weather got cold on the 2nd winter-lows here are in the 30s. We’ve had 2 repair companies come 4x. They reset the thermometer (wouldn’t tell us how to ourselves). The control panel was replaced. 2 weeks later it stopped working again.
We are told bc it’s a energy efficient machine, doesn’t push enough power to heat cold water or have enough water pressure if there are bowls on the bottom rack. So we were told to run the hot water from the tap before starting it and before the rinse cycle and don’t put bowls on the bottom rack. We changed the soap to liquid instead packs or tabs. Even with burning water coming out of the tap, and heating the inside metal walls of the machine with a hair dryer prior to starting the machine and loading with half empty bottom rack-no bowls, the water is only at room temperature, at most, when I check through the cycle. And when the forever long cycle is done it smells like old food and some dishes have greasy film still on them.

We wanted to match our other cafe appliances. we paid the high price to get the fridge to match the dishwasher that the builder installed.
The repairman said any other machine will do the same bc energy efficiency. We are washing half the dishes by hand, often after they come out of the dishwasher. I’m so frustrated.
The repair companies said it wasn’t the heating element. I sick of paying for them to “fix” things that don’t stay fixed longer than several days.
