Cheap plastic parts inside. Spray arms are lousy

Cheap plastics inside. Particularly the spray arms and parts of the racks. Disappointing.

Terrible cleaning. I can wipe this food and grease off with my hands. Why can’t the dishwasher clean these dishes?!?!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The first thing we recommend checking is the inlet water temperature. It needs to reach at least 120°F minimum, this ensures that the detergent and food residue is completely dissolved.
For optimal wash performance, use high quality detergents such as Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. We also recommend using a dedicated rinse aid, this helps with rising the dishes and even boots the dry cycle.
