While we’re very glad that you are impressed with its peaceful performance, we are sorry to hear that you were wishing for a 3rd rack and are having trouble with moisture on your tub walls. You may see some condensation in the interior of the tub after a wash cycle and this is normal as long as there is not standing water at the bottom of the tub. Your dishwasher features multiple helpful drying features such as Heated Ultra Dry that targets hard-to-dry items like plastics and significantly improves drying performance! The heat drives moisture off the dishes, silverware, and interior of the tub and vents out through a natural convection airflow. Your unit also features Fan Assist that to further enhance the drying process and will be helpful in reducing tub moisture. You can learn more about these drying features on pages 6-9 of your Use and Care Manual.
