I've been using this dishwasher for about 2 months and I love it. Its quiet, cleans the dishes and the racks are really adjustable to fit all the random stuff. Whats not to like?

Can't get it to wash either...

I mean, it's pretty ridiculous that a machine this expensive can be this worthless. The first dishwasher came damaged. The 2nd washed 1x and won't start again. It's unfortunate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can’t even get it to wash.

Every time I start this, I walk away... and 5 minutes later all the sensor lights are off and nothing is working. I e had the same dishes in there for two days. I’m going to just wash by hand. This is a joke.
