Quiet

I would have rated higher if I had the extra top rack and more than expected moisture on the tub walls

You may see some condensation in the interior of the tub after a wash cycle and this is normal as long as there is not standing water at the bottom of the tub. Your dishwasher features multiple helpful drying features such as Heated Ultra Dry that targets hard-to-dry items like plastics and significantly improves drying performance! The heat drives moisture off the dishes, silverware, and interior of the tub and vents out through a natural convection airflow. Your unit also features Fan Assist that to further enhance the drying process and will be helpful in reducing tub moisture. You can learn more about these drying features on pages 6-9 of your Use and Care Manual.

Slow noisy dishwasher

There is no choice for a quick rinse or express cleaning. The machine is noisy and sometimes emits a high pitched whiney noise. The results of the washing are good. The size is large. The wash times with drying are minimum 2 1/2 hours and longer if you want more dry time. I would not buy this dishwasher again.

Horrible dishwasher!

Please don’t waste your money with this dishwasher, worst one in the market, doesn’t clean dishes or anything else, GE technician left before fixed it, never come back, GE doesn’t care.

Good looks, poor performance

We loved how quiet it is and the sleek look but that is where it ends. We have had the dishwasher for about 2 years and we are a family of 2. Dishes do not come out consistently clean and I am a pre-rinse out of habit person. Does any dishwasher actually come out spotless? Unsure. What really sent me was the fact that it stopped working. Diagnostics are showing everything is in order but once I start a cycle it shuts off. Finding out that Cafe only offers a one-year warranty was disheartening. Gives me great pause now knowing that I have a full suite of Cafe appliances and now I'm waiting for the next shoe to drop.

Can’t even get it to wash.

Every time I start this, I walk away... and 5 minutes later all the sensor lights are off and nothing is working. I e had the same dishes in there for two days. I’m going to just wash by hand. This is a joke.

I mean, it's pretty ridiculous that a machine this expensive can be this worthless. The first dishwasher came damaged. The 2nd washed 1x and won't start again. It's unfortunate.

Disappointingly loud

Dishwasher works fine it’s just as loud as one that is 1/3 the price. At this level of appliance, I had better expectations. We can only run it overnight bc you can’t be in the kitchen when it’s running and have a conversation
