Shallow racks

Dries well, racks are oddly sized and ridges are shallow so glasses fall over when you push/pull the rack
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello John D- Thanks for taking the time to share your review. We are glad to hear your dishwasher is drying well and we are happy to help with the issue you are having with your glasses falling. If you need a little more space for your glasses, try lowering the rack by 2 inches. Page 14 in your manual will show you how to do this.

Quiet

After our dishwasher stopped working, we decided to get one that you could get parts and service for. So far, it has everything we like, quiet, express wash, roomy. The only thing I didn’t care for was that the bottom rack has gaps that are too wide, as my square plates kept tilting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Quiet.

Our old dishwasher was too noisy to watch TV. This new one is so quiet you have to listen closely to tell that its on. It is so quiet you can hear the Refrigerator before you hear the dishwasher.
