Works great but controls are difficult

This is our second Cafe dishwasher. Pros: 1. Cleans/dries great when set on Ultra dry. 2. The bottom rack now holds our bowls upright so we can fit so more! 3. The indicator light on the front is great. 5. The wider openings on the utensil rack. 5. Looks beautiful.
Cons: 1. If I don't use Ultra dry setting the plastic racks are all wet after a cycle. 2. The racks are little bit smaller than our last Cafe (including the utensil rack). 3. The controls are sometimes difficult to use, we can't always find the right place to press to change a setting.
But then the "Start" is super sensitive - sometimes we accidently start a cycle when our wrist might touch the area when closing the door. 4. Sometimes the cycle stops. We think we closed the door enough and the cycle starts, but then it stops. We'll gently push the door tighter and then the cycle starts again.
In general, we are very happy with this but there are just a few things we need to get used to.

Very Quiet.

Our old dishwasher was too noisy to watch TV. This new one is so quiet you have to listen closely to tell that its on. It is so quiet you can hear the Refrigerator before you hear the dishwasher.

Quiet

After our dishwasher stopped working, we decided to get one that you could get parts and service for. So far, it has everything we like, quiet, express wash, roomy. The only thing I didn’t care for was that the bottom rack has gaps that are too wide, as my square plates kept tilting.
I would recommend this to a friend!
