This dishwasher cleans and dries well. It is very quiet, you almost don’t notice that it is running. The positioning of some of the metal tines on the top rack are a little difficult to use. Bowls do not sit well in the middle, as it is slightly raised. Plates want to fall, or tilt to one side on the bottom rack. The bottom rack wheels aren’t as smooth in movement as one would expect. Some improvements could possibly be made, but overall this is a good dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet and easy to use. Clean, sparkling dishes after every wash. Plenty of wash cycles to choose from for a busy life.

Design is good but the quality bad.

This is the second GE profile we got; the first one lasted 4 years and started to leak and damaged our flooring. This second one now shows H20 code. I bought it 12/18/2022 and the GE says warranty is expired it's not even one year old. :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing error code H20 on the display. This error code indicates that the dishwasher is having trouble receiving water supply. This error commonly occurs when the dishwasher is being run for the very first time, after work has been completed on the house plumbing, or when the water supply to the dishwasher under the sink has been recently turned OFF.
To resolve this error:
- Locate the hot water valve under the sink nearest the dishwasher and ensure it is turned completely ON so that the dishwasher will get the best water pressure to fill properly in the time allotted in the water fill phase of the cycle.
- Ensure the appliance is leveled properly to prevent water from falling too far forward or too far back into the appliance. A tilted or leaning appliance can give the sense that the water level is low in certain areas.
- Select another cycle option, then put the option back to your desired setting to clear the H20 code.
If the H20 error continues and it has been confirmed that the house water supply/pressure is adequate, the water valve is completely ON, and the dishwasher is level, a service call is recommended. For service, please schedule an appointment with GE Appliances Factory Service by calling the service department directly at 1-800-432-2737, or by scheduling online at the following link: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.ht

I am not impressed with this appliance. Every time I close the door I expect something to fall off. On the positive side, it is very quiet and the dishes come out clean and dry.

Disappointed given the price. Cleans ok.

Overall we are slightly disappointed. We were eager to replace our Whirlpool which was inconsistent with cleaning. We went for this one because it was one of the more expensive dishwashers and was well reviewed. First impressions of it are the internal components feel cheaper than our Whirlpool. The racks feel light and the rollers feel and sound cheap. The configuration of the racks makes it seem smaller too due to the shape. The 3rd rack is not nearly as useful as we thought it would be. And the top buttons seem to get pressed when I don’t want them to and takes several attempts to respond when I am actually trying to press them. This unit comes with a garbage disposal inside but I don’t know where it is. Just the fine filter which seems like it should be after the disposal. Cleaning wise, it seems on par with the whirlpool. The WiFi features are nice but unnecessary. The unit is very quiet.
