GE Dishwasher Profile

GE Profile Dishwasher. We like it so far. Delivered 3 weeks ago. This version has 2 trays. The top tray can be adjusted to have it lowered to higher to fit tall items on top or lower lever baskets. The utensil tray or basket has wash jets under the basket which insures to thoroughly get the utensils spotless. This model has top try ta bottle jets for the tall water bottles and tall coffee travel style mugs. This option does have the on off button to use on the control panel. So if you are not using the jets with tall bottles, it can be turned off and on. The control panel has delayed was cycles up to 4 or 8 hours. The machine is very quiet. I have the stainless finger print proof panel and it really does prevent prints to be shown. I have used the machine stuffed to the brim with pots and glasses and they all come out great. No stains no residue left behind and the control pain has heat dry options to be turned on or off. I am happy with my selection of the profile dishwasher from GE. I only hope it lasts the 12 years my prior GE did. I do not have anything negative

Big disappointment.

Nice looking appliance, unfortunately right out of the box it wouldn't work. Flipped the breaker to supply power and the appliance beeped and all of the cycle lights began flashing. The machine locked up and would not function. Now I have to stay at home another day to have the thing replaced. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dishwasher is very quiet. We also love that it lets you know what cycle it is on so you don’t accidentally open before it is done. Dishes are very clean and dry without water residue

WiFi doesn't work

I have this model and it says Built-in Wifi but I can't get it to turn on with the SmartHQ app. Everything I can see says I don't need the optional U+ CONNECT MODULE (PBX23W00Y0) but I'm stuck.

5 months old and already in need of repair

Dishwasher decided to stop working about five months after it was installed. For a high end product, you’d think the first issue would appear right before or even right after the one year warranty expiration - not within the first five months. Now because the appointment was double booked by THEM, I have to wait. Not taking another day off work just to find out the afternoon before they have to reschedule. Now waiting til end of April when I can take another day. Think twice about this product as my other Profile (a microwave) lasted just shy of three years. Never replaced it with another Profile. Bought another brand and was really satisfied.
