Poor dish rack support

The movable dish support arm keeps falling down and does not hold its position. Totally disappointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The racks fold down to put larger items in the washer.
I like that it s quite during wash cycle. Over all the dish washer is a great design.

Great Dishwasher - LOVE the wifi feature!!

This is such a great product!
I love that everything dries pretty completely!!
Most of the time it cleans pretty well (except when I have large pots in the bottom rack). The wifi feature takes it over the top!! Love that I can start the dishes from anywhere!!

Sad product

Usually, I love GE products but this washing machine is sad. The plate holder constantly falls over causing all my plates to land in a single pile. I then have to take my dirty plates out to fix the plate holder and reposition all the dishes again. One day I just got mad and hand-washed all of them instead of wasting time trying to get the dishwasher parts to cooperate. The bottle jet spray has also come undone and I can't get it back in position so I put it under the sink for another day. The sprayer connected to the top rack constantly falls off and I have to reconnect it. If the cheap plastic parts aren't enough to drive a person mad then the dirty dishes after a washing cycle will surely stir up discontent. There are food chunks and dirty spray on most of my bowls and cups when the washing cycle is complete. I always fill the rinse aid when needed and use Cascade dishwasher pods. I regret purchasing this product and wish I had gone with my gut and purchased a Bosch dishwasher.

This dishwasher is easy to load, has lots of washing and drying options, operates as quietly as a mouse and leaves dishes sparkling clean!

Waiting for parts.

We are very excited about our GE Profile Series dishwasher. We had it installed in our new home the end of August and it would not work. GE sent a warranty technician out to diagnose and repair. Looks as if one maybe two control boards are bad, parts are now on back order, ETA end of October. Hopefully then we will start washing dishes in the dishwasher and not by hand.
