Love this dishwasher

Looks so good in our kitchen. It is beautiful! It is very easy to use & we love that it says while it in use "washing" and when it has finished it says "clean". It is so quiet you cannot even hear it running, The 3rd rack is a great addition for spatula's, knives, etc. The drying on this machine is superb. Cannot say anything bad about this dish washer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't work

Dishwasher did not work when installed. The first time I tried to use it, it did not go through the drying cycle and never registered as Clean. It does not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To troubleshoot, make sure the large dishware does not block the detergent
dispenser or the wash arms. Also, check the rinse agent dispenser and fill as required.
We hope this information helps, but if not, we recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) or by clicking here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

Extremely Quiet

This dishwasher is extremely quiet and very easy to use. The controls on the top of the door are very convenient (better than controls on the front of the door) and easy to read. This dishwasher replaced a dishwasher from 2008 and it is a definite improvement. Thank you!
