Slow wash cycle, awkward loading

Two hours for a wash cycle seem too long by far. Racks are poorly organized for loading coffee cups and stem glasses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is normal for new dishwashers to now run longer and use less water and less energy while running, this is due to Federal guidelines. It's also normal for our new dishwashers to run for up to two hours under certain conditions. Cycle time may also vary on models with clean sensors, such as your PDT775SYNFS model, due to the sensor extending or decreasing cycle time and number of fills based on the soil level.

I love the ease of washing my dishes with this dishwasher. My dishes come out clean every time! I love the filter compartment in the bottom that you can screw out and washout. It really helps if you miss cleaning a dish and it catches pieces of a veggie or something else.
