Excellent Dishwasher

Definitely want to have stainless steel interior. Ability to set multiple wash types including wine glasses and reusable bottles, delay wash. Super quiet, I had to open door first time to check if water was being used.

Dishwasher stopped working within the first month. I’m waiting for it to get repaired. Terrible quality of appliances anymore. So sad

This dishwasher has been awful from day 1. It doesn’t dry the dishes and smells if you leave the door close for more than a day, even with clean dishes.
Smelly would never purchase again.

This is our 1st new dishwasher in 20 years. Easy to load and operate, so quiet you hardly know it's running. Dishes, Pots & Pans, and silverware come out sparkling clean. Everything we have come to love from G.E>

Total disappointment

After waiting 6 months for my new dishwasher it’s been one disappointment after another.
First it was missing a mounting bracket, so I could not fully finish installing it. Wait a week for a replacement to show up, problem solved.
Then after doing a “wet test” to make sure there were no leaks I noticed that the coating on the racks was cracked and rust was coming out from under the coating. Now I’m waiting on replacement racks for a brand new dishwasher.
And the icing on the cake was when I noticed the inside of the door had dents and creases either from mishandling during construction or damage in shipping. So now I have my second service scheduled for a brand new dishwasher that isn’t even a month old. I can only imagine what other problems will show up after 6 months or a year.
The 6” of sound insulation that is supposed to be installed behind the toe kick is an absolute nightmare to work with. It’s a lot of fun trying to compress all the insulation and put on the toe kick with a 1/2” screw. After wrestling with it for over an hour and some choice words- I admitted defeat and opted not to use the insulation. It’s super quiet anyways.

Great QUIET and Wifi Compatible!

With all the activities today it's nice to come home into my chef kitchen and be able to clean dishes in this dishwasher! What really matters most is that there's an app that integrates and I can get notifications on the status of the dishwasher as well. It's super quiet too!

Ok while it works

Bought it in August. Appearance good. Works very quietly. Can't say that it cleans significantly better than my old 20 years old. Buttons interface should be better to respond to the touching. It is not bad while it works, but It started to give me an error message "LD" after 4 month of using. Followed all the tips trying to reset it and clear the error, went to the service mode to check each operation. It's the drainage failure. Filter and drainage hose are all fine. Looks like either controller board or sensor failure which not start the drain pump. Reset didn't work even after 24 ours of disconnecting from electricity. Setup the service appointment. No one showed up and no one called from the company to reschedule or explain why didn't come over. While was trying to reschedule, turned on electricity again and it started working. Now month later it stopped again and give me the same code. Looks like I made a wrong decision to by GE product. Don't expect anything good from it in the future. Afraid that it will be nothing
but trouble during the 1 year warranty period and after. Will not recommend

Avoid this dishwasher

If you're thinking about purchasing this dishwasher, do yourself a favor and stop now.
We've had this dishwasher for 11 months and it's been unusable for half of that time. GE has had to visit the house on several occasions. The service tech is always polite but typically they just do a reset of some sort and the machine will run. Then within a day or so, the initial problem returns. It then takes another several weeks for GE to send the tech back out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
