Easy to use

Replaces an 7 year old unit, different mfgr. Easy to load, gets the dishes clean. Much better than what it replaced.

Poor layout

Dishwasher seems to do it’s job. Nothing real remarkable about it one way or another in regards to actually cleaning thins so that is a plus. What drives me crazy is the layout of it. I find the way the rack to be laid out severely limits it’s usefulness with fitting things like like prep bowls, cereal bowls, and soup bowls. It’s just completely inefficient space management for these items. I am hand washing more things now then I was with my previous dishwasher due to space issues. Also, having the silverware container in the bottom rack further limits useful space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like it’s cleaning ability but not the storage options. ie: there are no upper racks to put long utensils. Also we didn’t get a user manual so are having to figure out things in our own.

My dishwasher is “ok”. It doesn’t have the third rack, but the supports(wheels)are present. It also has a knick in the door trim.
The filter contained black mold upon installation.
