Great dishwasher with one flaw

Really like the look of this dishwasher and how well it cleans. Very quite and so not hear it running. The one flaw is it leaves water on the floor at bottom of door where it vents when drying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This dishwasher is the best one I have ever owned! It is really quiet, dries really well & cleans great! I have owned many other brands in the past- Whirlpool, Thermador, Bosch, etc. & this ranks above them all so far!

Good features but missing common sense items

This unit replaced our 10-yr-old model PDWT480RSS. I miss the 3-piece silverware holder. The single-piece takes up too much room and is seldom full. Also missing the rinse-and-hold on this model which we had on the previous one. The fan-assisted drying is a waste of time in my opinion. There is simply too much steam/moisture in the dishwasher to effectively remove it by air. We ended up with a puddle on the floor. Clearly the people who design these high-end models don't use them in their personal homes. Otherwise they'd see the shortcomings that I have. If we can get 10 years of use out of this newest model I'll be happy. Hopefully this review will be read by someone with a pulse.
