I’m thrilled with my new dishwasher. It’s so quiet I had to keep checking to be sure it was running. Thank heaven it has a nice read out that tells me “Washing, Drying, Clean”. During these times of isolation bc of Covid-19 we’ve certainly given it a good workout in its infancy.
My ONLY disappointment was discovering that it didn’t have the upper silverware tray — which I could have sworn I picked one with it but when I called the salesman they said the Profile (an upgrade I’d have thought from the one on the floor WITH the tray) doesn’t have that particular tray.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WiFi is worthless and unit is not silent

Pretty great at cleaning dishes which of course is the main point, bit it is louder than expected (louder than the exact same profile series washer it replaced) and the WiFi options are just plain useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Already needs repair

I got an email saying something is wrong with the performance of my dishwasher. I need to schedule a repair. I always pretty much wash my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. My son put a dish it with residue on it and it didn’t clean it. We had an old dishwasher that performed better than this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Did not work the day it was delivered.

The door latch mechanism was broken 2 days after delivery. This is a thin plastic piece, and I am not sure how many more times it will have to be repaired .

Great dishwasher!!!

Dries without leaving water or marks!! Even has a special sprayer underneath the silverware rack to get the knives and other items that are facing down! Washing really well and Im thrilled! Having a house of 6 means we run the dishwasher daily, so having a dishwasher perform well is awesome and essential!
