Bad luck takes a turn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Whirlpool range as my Samsung range could not be fixed I was not happy to have to buy a new range but at least I got lucky!! The top is so easy to clean as it doesn't mark easily. And the front is dark glass so it always looks clean. It's not great to have to replace a range but in the end I got a better one!
I would recommend this to a friend!

panels are a little thin and could be damaged pretty easy bottom drawer is really lite duty and not worth much for storing many heavy pans
the ads said self cleaning and steam so we assumed it had the option of a lite steam clean or a full high heat cleaning but it only has the steam clean cycle which i dot feel cleans like the full self clean cycle
as far as cooking on the range top or in the oven they both work fine so far and the finish looks very nice if it holds up

Issues and the range is only 2 years old!

I bought this range in 2023 and the back left element is already defective. I now have to replace that element because the warranty is only good for 1 year. Parts should last longer than this or they should be deemed a defective part from production. I thought I was buying a quality unit that would last by getting the "Whirlpool" name brand but I was wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Possible fire hazard

When product has an oven failure the overheat failure can be reset. But relay on control board fails to ON position for broiler element which is a fire hazard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Product

I bought this stove less than 2 years ago, it ranks as one of my worst purchases. Right now this stove is sitting in my kitchen taking up space. Why does this stove not maintain constant temperature? It takes a long time to cook anything by its heat on, heat off feature. I have enjoyed Whirlpool products in the past but this stove has caused me to lose confidence in their products. I would have given it a zero star if it was available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
