Don’t like solid black top and bottom drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my stove almost 2 months ago. It replaced my old Whirlpool stove. It was about 18 years old. It looked a lot like the new one, it also had a glass top. So far I like almost everything about the new one.

Good value, large capacity, some minor annoyances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this stove/range with the house in April of 2024. Very happy with how fast it heats up, the ease of use and the size. A few things to watch out for. The alarm is so pleasant it is easy to ignore/not hear, when you want to turn on the oven or time you "HAVE" to hit the "Play" button or it scraps all the numbers you put into it.

New black top stove -

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam cleaning feature is great. I like the 5th warming burner. However, I gave it a 3 because I absolutely am displeased with how hard it is clean the black top. Every little thing leaves smudges and you literally have to polish the top to make it look good. (clean with a bit of dish detergent, rinse, and then polish with a clean microfiber cloth) I had a black top in the past and it did not spot and smudge like this one - I could just wipe with a damp cloth. I have ordered the cleaning kit but it is not going to stop the smears, streaks etc. but maybe it will make it a one step process. I tried to submit a picture but couldn't figure out on this form

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 5 months ago and it already broke. The oven circuit board went out and one of the burners is making a strange popping sound. Reported it to Whirlpool two weeks ago and still waiting for the parts to fix it. I am not buying any more Whirlpool products
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will not purchase again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove eye has already stopped working. As in doesn’t heat any pot or pan very good at all. So I’m sure the distinction will be made, “Technically it hasn’t stopped working,” it started making a noise one day then after that it doesn’t get hot at all. Warranty coverage doesn’t apply I was told. Which I find funny, I made the purchase late winter 2024, it’s now May 2024.
