Range is ok, disappointed in the oven racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivered & installed in February. The oven racks, when the oven is hot, are very hard to pull out. Also the racks aren’t level, even though the range is. I was baking a cake & when I went to check it, it was right up against the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is terrible. Takes forever to bake. For example, on Easter i was making a dosh that should bake for 45 minutes. I added 15 kin since there were 2 in the oven. It took 1 hour and 45 min for them to finish. Pulled the drawer out to set them in to keep warm while finishing other dishes. I was shocked at how flimsy the drawer was. Definitely a builder basic model as this is a brand new house and builder chose the package.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
