good oven, dont like the top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven seems to work great and I like the frozen bake technology. The only thing is the solid black top. It is difficult to get it clean. I still have marks on it where a pot boiled over that I cannot get off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing that can be done to improve the product, supply a complete Instruction Manual as many elderly individuals refuse to go "On line" to find information needed for safe and proper operating instructions. This is a common problem with all manufacturers not just Whirlpool, but perhaps I can convince Whirpool to be the first to correct it.

Very Disappointed in my Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range came with our new home and it is a subpar product and not up to the Whirlpool standards. First, the clean cycle is only for the bottom of the oven, not the whole area which was deceiving. Every single eye heats to a different temperature, for example medium heat is different on each eye. The front left eye is whether using the large or small eye is very slow to heat and will only work on the high setting. The heating element inside the over makes a squeaking noise when it heats. The range top is difficult to clean and always looks streaky no matter what cleaning product I use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
