Poor warranty support and not able to communicate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Whirlpool stove over the competition thinking it was a better stove. My GE stove which was hit by a power spike was build much stronger and heavier. The Whirlpool is much lighter and has to have counter weights to prevent it from tipping when the oven door is opened. In addition Whirlpool has a terrible support system. I have not found a way to speak to a live individual. I have issues under warranty that need to be addressed. The chat system for an individual or online does not work for older individuals or those not technically able.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the only problem i have with the oven is the Light.. they should have either put the light in the middle maybe 2 lights or have a brighter light.. but it's off to one side.. and dull..

LOVE the smooth Glass Top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range for my mom who is now 87 years old, but she is in GREAT shape and cooks 3 meals a day. She loves the range , but has had some learning curves. The #1 complaint is that she can't see the words or numbers around the dials, I have to help her and it is a real concern. They need to be bigger and blacker.
I would recommend this to a friend!
