Oven stopped working, defective seal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven in my range stopped working within two months of purchase. Well, they did send a technician to fix the appliance. I have been told that I need a replacement because of anBecause of a faulty seal and have been unable to get a response from Whirlpool, as who won that will occur.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very pleased with the electric range. Cooktop works so much better than my old one, and the oven bakes much better. Now the frozen pizza and Mac & cheese doesn't come out burnt on one side and barely cooked on the other. Only complaint is the oven door hinge isn't smooth. Seems to be a little on the cheap.
