Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove was delivered on Dec 18th so just a little over a month ago to finish my new kitchen. Luckily my Christmas baking was finished. I bake a lot and need an oven with a temperature I can count on. The temperature was totally erratic. Called and a technician came in a very timely fashion. He replaced the "mother board" I call it, and the temperature sensor. He also said you can adjust the temperature yourself to meet your expectations but there was not a manual with the stove nor is one available on line. He showed us how this is done and it's very simple, once you know how, but should this really be necessary? I had cookies and a Birthday cake destroyed trying to figure this out and am now very nervous to try another Birthday cake. I am a 75 year old who has baked all her life and had a few stoves. I have never encountered anything like this.
I am very disappointed .
The service was great though and I hope that with a little patience this stove will prove itself.
The glass top is easy to keep clean and the burners are fast.
