A few hiccups with new range…

Three reasons I did not rank as 4 or 5 stars: Did not expect the top to show every spec and look dirty even after wiping with sponge and dawn detergent. 2. How could I have known that the oven needed to be calibrated to heat to the correct temperature? 3. User manual must be downloaded…(which I did so, trying to.find out if it says so for #2)… it does not! It seems that Whirlpool assumes everyone has internet access and computer skills which it NOT always the case!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad my other range broke down as this one is GREAT! We bought a silicone sheet to put on the top to protect it from scratches. It is so nice to have the oven heat up instantaneously as well as the burners. You don't have to preheat the oven before using it. I love this range!
