Whirlpool® electric range with Frozen Bake™ tech

Brilliant, except Self Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the everything except the "self-cleaning" feature. It does not actually do anything. The oven does not even get hot enough to burn my hand, when I get in and start scrubbing it. I am extremely disappointed that this does not work as that was the major selling point that convinced us to go with the Whirlpool over another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with this range. The control board went out when I used the self-cleaning option on my 5-year-old Whirlpool range. I like Whirlpool appliances, but this one is a major disappointment. From the light not turning on when you start the oven to having the bake element in the bottom of the range not cooking as even or efficiently. Had I understood how pore the change of design in this range was I wouldn't have purchased it. This range doesn't meet the standards I'm use to for the Whirlpool name.

Installers brought wrong plug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is fine. Nobody asked about the plug. I paid for installation and the delivery/installation people came with a 4 prong plug instead of a 3 prong. They took the cord off of my 15 year old, worn out, broken range and put it on my new one. I need someone to come out and make this right. The installers left the new, incorrect cord and plug and said I need to deal with Whirlpool to fix it...when I'm sure the same people will be subbed out to do the work. I'm satisfied with the range, but not with the installers and not with having an old plug on my new range.

Not only does it look wonderful but works well too.
The duel size burner...the warm zone...I like the simple things of how you can watch the
temperature rise when preheating the oven. And a silly little thing of the blue time
display. Easy to keep clean too. All around...I'm very pleased.
