[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a week ago and have used several times with no issues. Comments I read did say oven makes noise and mine does too. It is not a loud or offensive. As far as preheating others say it takes long but that is not the case for me, it is actually one of the faster ovens I have had. This model does not come with alot of bells and whistle and that is what I was looking for. I very happy with my purchase.
