Bad purchase

Scratched stove top glass all over

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago the glass on the range is all scratched up the door doesn’t close right. It does make a noise when you push in the middle. Very disappointed with this stove. Also we just cooked on it and splashed grease splattered and I cleaned it as soon as it cooled and the spots are not coming off. Looks awful!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You get what you pay for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stovetop sometimes has the option to change the warming burner to a set temperature, but other times it does not. The oven works well. It takes quite a bit of time to preheat. After using the stovetop just 2 or 3 times, it has spots on the burners that won’t come off. They’re embedded in the actual glass. Also, this range is pretty impossible to clean without major smearing. I’ve used kitchen cleaner, Clorox wipes and glass cleaners. Nothing takes the fingerprints away. I gave it 2 stars for all of the reasons above. I wish we could have afforded a different model, but now we’re stuck with this one. Oh! And the drawer underneath the stove is ridiculously small and wants to fall out when opened even the slightest bit.

Works fine. Instructions are trash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't been able to use it much yet. It works fine. My problem is the instructions. They are terrible. They give a quick start up sheet that is very basic, and doesn't even label the buttons and their functions. They list extra special functions but don't tell you how to use them or even what they do. The delivery guy turned it on to burn off the interior residue for a couple hours and I couldn't find a simple instruction on how to turn it off in the supplied paperwork.

When we bought our home this past month we started looking for new appliances and knew what we were looking for. Our new range is excellent. The burners adjust as needed, cool down rapidly. The oven, used for the 1st time last night, was spot on for temp. Will never buy another brand. Cant wait to use the steam clean...... Thanks Whirlpool.
