Where is Quality Assurance?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stylish, looks nice in the kitchen. Shoddy workmanship. There is a chip in the oven finish at a screw near the oven gasket. There is a glob of gray stuff applied over the chip. Even that application is shoddy, because the chip is not entirely covered. I am bothered that Whirlpool considers this acceptable to a consumer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Top glass is easy to scratch
