Nice but needs instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. It's a nice oven but had no actual instructions on how to operate it. No sound to let you know oven is done preheating. It's nice and quirks great

Not as happy as I thought I would be

2nd- have had a week and didn’t read anywhere on what pans or skillets to use. I feel like the stove top might have scratches already. I’ve only used soft cloth, warm soap and water. I tried a magic eraser to get the marks off. I’m looking more into it.
