It's a learning experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected this model because of the no preheat mode for frozen items. The range goes well with my other appliances. My main frustration was that there was not a user's manual included. I couldn't figure out the functions. I had to go online and find the manual, after going through numerous pages, I finally found what I needed. I think it would be a customer pleaser to have a page or 2 guide explaining how to use the oven. Would have been 5 stars if not for this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the Whirlpool ranges but when we got this one we noticed there was no cover over the lower baking element and it was fully exposed. Our last one had a problem with the lower element blowing out due to what I thought was a food particle landing on it through a hole in the cover just above where it blew out. I'm hoping with this one fully exposed there won't be a problem if anything happens to drip or fall on the element. Perhaps I'm mistaken on what can affect the element if something gets on it. Guess we'll see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice stove and oven large oven with steam cleaning and a frozen bake no preheat setting great for pizzas and lasagna. Very easy to clean. I must have in any kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range was purchased for our 83 yr old mother. She loves her new range. The digital oven settings was a little hard for her to get accustomed to. But it's a great purchase. Price was fantastic compared to other ranges at Appliance stores
