[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago it didn't come with a manual. Still trying to figure out why the back burners say melt on them. I haven't had time to do research on the internet for the manual. I feel like everything has to be turned to high to heat anything up. We use the burners mostly as I usually cook everything in my air fryer. I Tried bacon in the oven today took forever to cook. I have to look at the bottom drawer I don't think it was installed properly a it doesn't slide smoothly. My other range was a lot better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove works well, but on the dual burner element, there is a row of heaters not working. They don't glow red like the others do. Everything else is fine. I regret, though, that we can't use our cast iron cookware on it. This product was provided with the newly built house.

Good performance Like the steam cleaning option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range about a month ago to replace a glass top range that was15 years old. My old range had 2 front burners; one that accommodated 12" pans and the other 9 1/4 " pans. The new range front burners are both 9 1/4 inches. I used the 12 burner frequently and miss not having that option on the new range. Also, the old range had a much sturdier drawer beneath the oven with an exterior handle similar to the style of the oven door handle. To open the drawer of the new oven you have to stick your fingers into an indentation at the top edge of the drawer. That makes opening the drawer more difficult if heavy items like pizza stones or cast iron cook wear is stored there. Overall, I am pleased the performance of the range. The cook top if easy to clean and I like the option for steam cleaning the oven.

Very unique in the layout of the heating top;

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still have not been able to get use to the temperature control as it heats, then backs off for a few minutes than comes back on. I am sure after I get the correct settings that it would give me better results than a burner on all the time during the cooking process.
