Excellent Appliance for a Great Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market for a new range and I cross-shopped multiple brands and multiple models within those brands and I kept going back to this Whirlpool range. It had all the features I was looking for and the price could not be beaten by any other manufacturer. I've always had fantastic luck with the Whirlpool brand and had zero hesitation in bringing another Whirlpool appliance into my home. The fit and finish are great and all features worked the first time upon plug-in. If anyone is on the fence between another brand and this range, I suggest you choose Whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Whirlpool stove/ oven about a month ago and are very happy with it. Love how burners and oven heat fast. Love the 5th burner which acts as a warmer. Love the digital features.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always purchased Whirlpool appliances, and been very happy with the quality. I thought they brought the wrong item when the delivery ticket listed it as a Maytag. This time I was very disappointed. I bought a range without all the big bells and whistles, as I don't need airfryer of convection bake. I bought the stainless steel, because it would hopefully not stand out against my cabinets or clash too badly with my other appliances, a color which is no longer available. I find the edges of the stainless steel to be sharp, especially all along the edges and top of the pull out drawer on the bottom--I have knicked myself on them a couple times already. I may have to tape them to prevent future cuts. The actual oven and cook top works fine. I was disappointed, tho, as model I saw in the showroom was the one with the airfryer, and was told it would be the same, just without the airfryer. It wasn't. The airfryer model has a floor between the bottom element and the oven cavity. The model I got, does not. I had the 'floor' on my previous range, a Sears Kenmore made by Whirlpool, which lasted me almost 20 years. I miss the 'floor' between the oven cavity and the lower element, as uncovered items baking spatter onto the element and cause a mess and smoke. I don't need fancy, but I did hope for quality. I feel this was a really 'dumbed down' version of your high end models, hoping that people will buy the upgrade just to get a supposedly better quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Residential Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new stove and purchased this one. It doesn’t have the convection oven or self cleaning (I’m fine with that), but it does have a steam clean, that’s new to me, but looks to be easier and simple. So far, I’m happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] alittle confusing to operate and really don't understand how all the features work.....(account no manual enclosed or available)...but will stumble throught the operations of unit eventually.....noticed the (like drawer was lil on the flimsy side, i mean it bends with no force being applied.just thin sheet metal)
