Solid work horse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several rental properties; over the years, whirlpool stoves have proven to me that they stand up to abuse. My recent one was replaced because of wear. At the age of fifteen and is my backup stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that these appliances are made in the U.S.A! We also have a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door. No service calls! Next purchase will be a range hood with light and exhaust fan.

Sturdy and well built.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have purchased many other brands of ranges. This one is the most sturdy and well-built I have ever owned. Easy to use. Safe. Just overall gave me the feeling that my hard earned money went to a great product that can last a long time. Has a detailed manufacture warranty and a very reasonable and affordable offer to extend this warranty. This to me shows whirlpool has confidence and pride in their products. Quality people quality products.

Whirlpool stove

I’m very careful and top already shows scratches and the bottom drawer is much more shallow with less room and it doesn’t have a deep handle to grab to pull out the bottom door. It’s made cheaper then my 30 year old whirlpool that was in excellent condition and still working fine. I upgraded stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer this year all with Whirlpool as I have had such good luck in the past. This stove, though, is a disappointment. Upgraded due to change in color as I got new countertops.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as good as my previous range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had a whirlpool range that heated up faster and cooled down sooner. The settings are not the same as previous model. The glass top is very hard to keep clean and seems to scratch easily.

Totally dissatisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the range a month ago and am very dissatisfied . My main feature was to get a self cleaning oven....I am 73 yrs old and unable to clean the oven. The steam cleaning is a joke....it does not clean the oven. The instructiions say to use a brush....well I could have bought one without the self cleaner if I needed to use a brush. It burns nor steams anything off. I wanted to return it but it had been a day or two over the 30 day window.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
