Great stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new stove so when we bought our new Whirlpool refrigerator we bought the stove at the same time. Have had Whirlpool appliances for years with excellent service so it was not hard to choose Whirlpool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my new range a couple weeks ago and love the new features. The warming element was new to me and the frozen bake feature is awesome ! The only cons I have is the timer sound isn’t loud enough for me to hear down the hall and in another room.

Cheaply made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was slightly upgrading but this is the pretty much the same as my 20 year old oven that died. The top gets too hot in the spaces between the burners. The warming drawer is smaller and not has deep as the old one and very flimsy. It takes a while to preheat. The top is hard to keep clean. I do like all sizes of the burners and the dual element and warming zone. I was just disappointed that it wasn't as well made as the older one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good range, but could use better service providers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than 6 months into purchasing the appliance there was an error. Now any person who understands technology knows that it can come with some issues. However, after giving the code, the service tech still needed to see the code to put it into a search that required them to have to order the part and come back. Which still leaves us with a range that isn't useful until the part comes in. Which makes me wonder how they couldn't have come to that conclusion with the description of the problem that was given to them before they arrived at my home to check out the range. Otherwise, it works really well (before the error occurred) and is very easy to use.
