Poor Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apparently according to the repair person. The reason my oven NEVER naturally gets back up to temp after the door is opened is because it is energy efficient. Now I don't know about you but I don't have 2 hours to cook chicken at 235 degrees... I found a work around of when I open the door I just hit the temp up 5 degrees and have it pre heat again and then its good to go. He told me I should never do that and I should just learn to adjust my cooking time. I have a really hard time swallowing that pill. Now while I appreciate appliances being more energy efficient I also want my meals cooked properly in a reasonable time frame. Apparently that is too much to ask for in the same machine?
The preheat and timer noises could be a little louder too, I almost always miss them so I have to use the microwave timer instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
