Very poor quality, service even worse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say this is the worst product of ever purchased in my entire life in a 67 years old.
The first store that they delivered when I open the oven door the handle and door actually came off in my hand .
The second stove they delivered came dented.
This is third stove I received the glass top scratched in less than 30 days.

Do not buy this model

Got this model with our new house. During oven operation it continually squeaks. Service guy says it's what this model does. That's insane! Who designs an oven and decides that its okay for it to squeak continually when in use. Whirlpool basically says "too bad" and can't be fixed. Stand behind your product Whirlpool. Get this design off the market and replace the unit I have. Show some integrity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
