Good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in June and it was delivered by mid July. Unfortunately after delivery, it was not properly installed and by Labor day the oven did not work. The harness was not properly bolted in. The store has changed installers and the new company is much more professional and have been very helpful trying to correct the errors from the other installer since I am within the year warranty. Just make sure if you do buy this model that the installer securely bolts the harness in the back at the bottom. I am used to self cleaning oven and because of the harness issue I haven't been able to test the set clean feature. I have tried manually to clean, but trying not to use abrasives. Perhaps when the new harness is installed, everything will work great like it did when I first used it to make several cheesecakes and broil 2 steaks on different occasions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this item in July it’s now October it’s been a long process to try to get a burner that didn’t work fixed the process to call Whirlpool is a little ridiculous.It was delivered not working but everybody says it’s somebody else’s problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range to replace an old Whirlpool range. It is just a basic range, but does all I need it to do. The quality doesn't seem to be exceptional, but for the price, the range is quite nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great for the features & value provided. The extra warming burner is a nice addition on the range. The preset settings for frozen items like pizza & lasagna is also a nice addition. It's small, but the biggest issue we have had so far is that it would be nice if the bottom drawer had a handle on it. Overall pleased with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven preheat is a little noisy. If oven is on, the timer does not sound repeatedly until it is shut off, only sounds once. Otherwise functioning well.
