Love the cooking surface with the warmer burner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the range in November, I make English Toffee, it has a tendency to scorch because of the long cook time at a boil. Because the burner does not have a constant HOT but goes off and on to maintain the temp I did not have any burn spots
