[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gasket around the top edge softened and smeared on top of stove. Will be selecting a different range. Entire design of appliance looks rough and cheap.

Sleek look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek appearance and love the 5 burners and dual elements. The buttons are touchy and the beep for the timer isn't very loud and only beeps once. If you aren't in the kitchen, you probably won't hear it. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a beeping timer. Haven't needed to use the steam clean feature yet, but I'm excited to give it a try. Hope I am not disappointed.

Nice Price easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My stove is being repaired because of a short in 1 element, hopefully after this under warranty repair I can enjoy the full use of this smooth top range because I love to cook, especially when it makes cooking easier!

Stovetop works but oven doesn’t

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my stove on March 6 and was supposed to be delivered the next Saturday. It was delayed a week because my address was listed as a different town. I finally got it delivered the week after & the stove didn’t work. It’s giving me an error message. So now it will be 2 weeks before I can get my replacement & I'm without an oven after paying cash for my stove. I’m very disappointed!!

Improvements needed

One of the knobs is quite tight and is very difficult to turn. Hence the corresponding plate/cooktop is never used at all.
There is a loud squeaking sound emanating from the oven when in use, whether baking or broiling. It's loud enough to cause unnecessary worry and anxiety as to whether the oven is defective and may blow up anytime. I've never encountered such problems with all other cookers and ovens i've had in the past. I had such high regard and confidence in the Whirlpool brand so this is such a disappointment to say the least.

simply a basic stove

oven heating elements can be dangerous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] got this range about three weeks ago and I love it except for one thing. The oven heating elements are exposed and extend too far toward the front. When reaching to put something in the top shelf it is easy for your hand to com in contact with the element which can result in a nasty burn.
I would recommend this to a friend!
