Terrible purchase

The top does not clean very well. I had the range for a few months and it looks like I've had it for years. It gives my nice beautiful kitchen an ugly look.

We purchased this stove a month ago. The oven cooks evenly, and the front is easy to clean. I haven't used the oven cleaner yet. The stove top is very hard to keep clean. I put the tea kettle on the burner and after boiling the water and I take the kettle off the burner there are white marks from the steam or maybe water drops and they are hard to get off. Every time I use the stove top it leaves marks and they are very hard to get off. I use stove top cleaner paste and spray. I have to scrub and scrub and still there is residue left behind. Then when it is finally clean it is still smuggy no matter how hard I try to get it clean. I'm not happy with this and if I could I'd return it. Too high maintenance and top look dirty all the time.

I bought this range a month ago and the glass top has already turn nasty looking. I would never recommend a glass top for a range to anyone. It takes 71/2 minutes to bring 1 gallon of water to a beginning boil set at high, and I am at sea level. The burners get hot then they turn off then come back on, it takes forever to get anything up to temperature. I have not had a chance to use the oven yet, but I had better try it before the holidays.

Excellent stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove a few weeks ago because I was so tired of having an electric stove with trays on top where food could fall into an ultimately start a fire, this stove is so wonderful easy to clean easy to use! I love the control lock feature since I have do have a young child.
However I must say what I do not like about this stove in the bottom storage drawer. It comes completely out way to easy and then is a pain in the butt to put back in. It needs a stopper so when I pull it out to access the items I have down there it does not allow me to pull it completely out. That part is definitely disappointing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Enjoy the frozen bake feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] overall nice range, frozen bake feature is nice, i use it somewhat frequently. the Steam clean option was a big let down. sounded good in practice but i had one small spill and cleaned after it cooled (as directed) but it didn't even make a dent in the spill so don't toss you oven cleaner!

No power.... totally dead again.

Bought this unit in Sept of 2018 and this is the second time it has zero power! The first time, it was within the year and was covered under warranty. I purposely purchased Whirlpool thinking it was an old school brand and would last. Buyer's remorse. I have to find someone to service it and am so disgusted.

Poor Quality

Very cheaply built for the price you pay. The silicone around the cooking surface in one corner is rolled over the edge and there is silicone all around where they tried to clean it off at the manufacture. There is a scratch in the glass across the double burner. Seems quality inspection is an afterthought. There is a dent on the back under one of the burner knobs. The metal is really thin and you about slice your finger off while trying to remove the back panel to install the power cord. The bottom drawer is really thin also and the edges are really sharp. Makes me not even want to use the bottom storage. First, and the last time I'll purchase a whirlpool appliance.
