Enjoying my new range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] range. Is the gurst glass top range that I have had.our other range was 30 years old, so this was a big upgrade. Had to learn all aspects of stove and oven. Only have one suggestion, to include a sample of cleaning product so you know the best solution.

Access to a Users manual would be nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far as I have been able to use it I like the range, however, ever since I got it I have been trying unsuccessfully to get or get access to a users manual as there are features I have never had or seen and would really like to know how to use. Whirlpools website tells me my range model doesn’t exist although every piece of paper I have and the number right on the range says it does. Will update if I get a response.

Broke after 3 months. Still awaiting repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range delivered and installed just fine. Oven stopped working after 3 months, service tech took three weeks to arrive. Fault caused by wiring loom which had burned out and shorted. Still waiting another 2 weeks for a replacement wiring loom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Did not hear up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was installed on January 9th and switched with a brand new one yesterday February 1st. The oven never worked. Preheat never got past 365°
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A good basic stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. Black glass stove top is difficult to get completely clean. Have tried 3 or 4 different cleaners, still have smudges in the reflection of the glass.

controls hard to figure out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because to amana range i had lost 2 burner controls. This whirlpool range works fine but my wife does not like the control panal and the "melt" markings on the surface of the glass top.
