Great Multisport Watch

I upgraded to the fenix 6 after using a Forerunner for several years. This is a worthwhile upgrade! The GPS occasionally wanders in heavily forested areas, but otherwise I have no complaints. This watch is stylish and works as well in professional settings as it does while running.

Life, with a side of Style

I no longer have to cover my face with sticky notes for all of my exercise and diet calculations. Stores necessary notes for when I'm hither and thither, allows me to do about everything I need in minutes without having to think. Brings the lot, and then some.
This special edition comes with the added bonus of a leather+felt band, which is quite nice for someone with the skin of a princess.

The watch works great, however due to the high price point I felt like I wasn't using it to the fullest extent of its ability and ended up returning it. Currently searching for a different smart watch that fits my activities and price point better. Garmin quality and construction is fantastic so I will most likely be purchasing a watch from them.

Everything I needed and wanted

This watch is amazing. For years I have used the Garmin Forerunner 920XT, which worked like a charm. As I moved on to longer (12+ hour races), the watch battery life could not keep up. In addition, that watch is BULKY, so i found myself wearing a fit bit during the day and the Garmin during training. How annoying to keep both charged and constantly switch without losing. It was time to get a new watch. I immediately knew I wanted a Fenix. The Fenix 6 was just released. I was pleased to see that the battery life on the product was greatly increased and they offered a 6s version that was stylish and extremely functional. I test drove this watch on an Ultraman Triathlon (3 days, 6.2 miles swimming, 263 miles biking, 52.4 miles running). The watch was amazing. Not only did the battery life last well over 12 hours in GPS mode each day, I was able to upload the GPX files into the watch for Turn by turn navigation! I lafe-saver. I wear watch all day, and have received so many compliments on how nice it looks. No one would suspect that this is an athletic watch. SOLID INVESTMENT.

I have only had this watch for a little over a week. For the last three years I've been training with a different watch from a different company. Upgrading to the Garmin Fenix 6S not only is a lighter, more intuitive watch, but has a much better gps and capability. I am super active and need a watch for both my outdoor fun, and for my triathlon training and this watch checks all the boxes. My only complaint is I wish there was a way to track rock and ice climbing on the watch.
