Earlier in 2020, Garmin added two indoor activity profiles: indoor climbing and bouldering. Before then, I was relying on a 3rd party workout app to track my climbing workouts. This has made the watch extra useful for climbers.
Apart from that, it tracks outdoor runs accurately, with the abundance of data available.
Some rooms for improvement:
The battery life when you turn Pulse Ox sensor on is not so great. I'm getting about 4 days of battery life.
Acquiring GPS signal can take some time occasionally. I'm sometimes just standing there waiting before I can start my run.
During a climb, the watch will detect that the altitude of you is declining and think that you have finished the climb and descending. Though sometimes it shows up when I'm just taking a fall. There's no way you can go back after that menu has pop up.

I hope Garmin at least fix the climbing workout issue since it's really just a software update.

The battery life is the best feature, plus the pulseox sensor feature is pretty cool. I got this during Covid because I wanted to know my pulse ox levels. This does everything my old Fenix did, but longer battery life and pulse ox tracking. Love this watch!

Everything about this watch is great! I use the Garmin 6S pro for my runs, cycling, and motorcycle rides. Perfect for those looking for a watch with navigation and accurate stats. This is my first Garmin watch and it was easy to figure out.

I upgraded from the Fenix 5 and this was ch is amazing. Size, weight, color, functionality all are exceptional. I've also been finding that the GPS and tracking seem to be more accurate than the fenix5. O2 sensor also seems to be better and more accurate. My battery doesn't seem to last nearly as long with the same things running, on con I have so far

This watch is amazing in all areas. From running, biking, hiking, etc. there are endless possibilities to utilize this watch. I can tell there are way more functions I am not currently using but think it just takes some time to figure out the system and how to use it to its fullest ability. I absolutely love this watch and find the data feedback extremely helpful! I would recommend to anyone willing to spend a little more for a lot of a watch :)

This is an extremely capable watch and the depth of features is amazing. The GPS is accurate and reliable and it has great battery life under most conditions.
I rarely tap into the full capability of the device, though, and it's just ok as a day to day time piece. I've had some issues with the HR monitoring and step count freezing and didn't get much help from Garmin support beyond some different options for resetting the watch.
Bottom line - this thing is awesome for multi sport and expedition tracking and navigation, but probably overkill for most people.

This watch blows them all away. This my third Fenix and they just keep getting better and better. I was in Hawaii with my family walking to an active volcano and the path was through an overgrown jungle. Bamboo trees and all kinds of other shrubs and they were all growing overhead leaving no visibility. I used the tracking feature on my Garmin to get us back to the car and it worked perfectly. BTW.... It was getting dark at that time and the trail was very hard to see....Thank you GARMIN
