Wish I were happier

This was a gift from my husband,who has had his Fenix for about 5 years. He and both of my sons love theirs and was so excited to get me one. I delayed setting mine up for over a week because I tried it on and the band is quite tight. I don’t have a “dainty” small ladies wrist. My wrist is 7.5 inches. So, I tried buying another QuickFit band for it, with no luck. I have emailed Garmin to ask if they sell a larger/longer QuickFit. They were very quick to respond. (Kudos for good customer service.) Unfortunately, they don’t. I would just like to say that all women don’t have a small wrist. I would love to be excited about my new watch, but it’s hard when it’s too tight.

I had a Felix 5s and loved it. But the 6s offers so much more info - so glad I got it. Luv all my Garmin equipment!

Very impressed so far

I was worried it would be too heavy or too thick but it's hardly noticeable on my wrist. As a man with smaller wrists I dislike large watches, so the regular 6 was out of the question for me. It's nice being able to change the watch faces easily, so I can have a more traditional looking watch while at work or for going out to dinner and events. A couple of clicks and it changes to a watch which gives me a lot of information at a glance such as weather, forecast, heartrate etc.

I had to return my first Fenix due to low battery life and OTHER features that didn't work. With the replacement, the battery sucks up 50% in 2 days. I would expect more since it's a "multi-sport" watch. Also, battery drains a lot faster when you exercise (bike, run or swim) daily... and well that's why I purchased this item. Don't buy it for the "name"....

A little disappointed

I received this watch for Christmas and was excited about all of the features. I had a Garmin forerunner 135 which I loved but it didn’t have the map feature. This watch is heavy and uncomfortable to wear. The instant pace is also not as accurate as my old watch. It’s okay, but would probably go with a different watch in hindsight
