Durable and tons of features

Love garmin stuff. Fenix 6S doesn't disappoint. The right size, tons of features, this thing can do anything. I've probably only scratched the surface of what this gadget can do. I also like the customizability of it all. The battery life is good but it drains fast during my long hikes. Without using it for workouts it lasts a week or so but with multi-day hikes it's lasts a couple days.
My only gripe is the screen on the Fenix 6s sapphire is hard to see in the daylight and comes off as pretty blueish. Limits customizable backgrounds and what you can actually see when you're outside in the sun. I don't think I should need a backlight to see the screen in the sun.

The Ultimate GPS / Fitness Watch

I have been a loyal Garmin user, and recently wore out my Vivoactive HR to the point it needed to be replaced. The Garmin team is so awesome, they are sending me a replacement but in the meantime I purchased the Fenix 6S. Holy cow! This is one amazing piece of watch. The way it fits, the interface, the features are over-the-top. I am an ex-runner, and now spend my time hiking and adventuring. Love the compass feature, and of course all of the customizable view options for workouts. If you are active, and want a watch that has everything you need, this is the watch for you! Don't believe me? Try it.

Still unsure

I’ve had a “fruit” watch which didn’t last long enough in battery and had little metrics. Then I got Fenix 5 and loved it for over 5 years. I figure it was time to upgrade and selected 6S. Oh the size. It’s much smaller which takes a long time (still trying) to get used to. I prefer the larger face and am scared I will break this one. I don’t care for some of the reminders and questions before a run and cannot figure out how to turn those off. I love Garmin for its functionality, endurance, and the fact that I can get metrics in one spot without extra apps. The battery life is perfect for ultras or any running event you can dream of. I suppose I could have gotten the regular 6 for the size, but I would have sacrificed some features of the 6S.

Love Garmin

I started triathlon in 2016 and bought a 920XT, which did everything I needed it to do and it’s still functioning great. I needed to upgrade for battery life to support a full Ironman distance. I love the new fenix 6s. I’m still figuring out all of its capabilities and really like the feature that does a treadmill calibration. I haven’t tried the music capability yet. Garmin’s products are outstanding - I’m looking forward to learning all of the features and in the meantime it does everything I need!!!

Blood pressure

Blood pressure app is not working I was trying to download some but none of them measures blood pressure which was my main reason to buy garmin 6s sapphire
