Great Warranty

I purchased this heater in July of 2020. Worked great for 2 months, went to fire it up in the spring and would not ignite. Emailed the warranty department and explained the problem within in 3 days i had a new head assembly and everything is working great so far. I would highly recommend this..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall good looking for the patio. Throws out a good amount of heat. Takes some time to assemble, but seems to be fairly sturdy

The Fire Sense are absolutely Wonderful. This purchase replaces on we bought about 10 years ago. They are great and we love being able to sit on our porch when the weather gets cooler
