easy to assemble and puts out decent heat

I bought this a month ago and as I said it was pretty straightforward to assemble. Holes didn't line up perfectly but was able to make it work. Used it several times and puts out decent heat but does not heat up a full 15 sq feet as stated, unless maybe if you were in an enclosed area. Pretty much right underneath is the only really warm area.but overall looks great and works well enough for two of us

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife and was impressed by how simple it was to put together. Also, we are enjoying the heat it provides on the cool winter nights we are having now.

My third patio heater, and by far the best yet!

I assembled this heater yesterday in a little over an hour. The instructions were clear and all parts were received. It lights easily and is easy to move with the wheels. I really like it.

No more chilly evenings!

I've always wanted a patio heater. The company my wife works for offered a patio heater as a 30 year service award so we jumped at selecting it. I was very pleased to find out it was a "Fire Sense" product. We've built an extensive park in our back yard including a large sitting area, fire pit and water feature. On evenings when we wanted to sit out, but not go to the trouble of starting a fire, the patio heater is perfect. Plus my wife won't complain about the "smoky" smell on our clothes. The heater is well constructed and made from heavy gauge steel. It went together easily. The manual that came in the box has numerous errors referring to incorrect part names during the assembly. I later found the online manual is different, and correct. Trying to start the heater for the first time the igniter failed so I changed the battery. It still didn't light so I used a butane fire stick. The next morning I called customer service and spoke to Jason. He told me to turn the battery around to change the polarity. I thought it was strange because the way the battery holder/igniter button is constructed is counter intuitive to the way the battery should be installed. After changing the polarity the igniter worked. As an aside, the manual does not show where to install, or how to install, the battery. So this would be my only negative comment. .

Bought 2 of these a month ago to get ready for social distancing this fall. So far they’re excellent. Easy to assemble, great test to make sure connections are secure - seems to throw a lot of heat. Will know for sure this fall/winter.
