Just assembled and used new patio heater. The assembly was easy and the instructions clear. Everything fit together nicely and nothing seemed shoddy. It ignited and poured out heat instantly. I think this was a good choice and will "fill the bill" of heating a nice circle on my patio so that I can enjoy time with friends safely outdoors as Fall turns to winter.f

Perfect for the Backyard!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I was really happy that the product was like the pictures. Everything we needed was provided and it was easy to assemble. We did notice a minor leak but after contacting the customer service chat, their rep Rex, helped by recommending the bubble test and we fixed it and no more leak! We have been able to enjoy our backyard a lot more now even if it's getting colder. I would definitely recommend this patio heater.

I bought the hammered bronze version of this patio heater through my workplace employee recognition center where the products can sometimes be hit or miss, but this one's a hit! It took about 1/2 hour to assemble using clear instructions. The hardware all seems to be good quality and the assembled unit is very sturdy. Once we fired it up on our deck we were pleasantly surprised that it cast an "umbrella" of heat our it took the chill off a 6-8' radius. It so happened that there was some minor cosmetic damage to one part so I got to experience customer service. I contacted by chat and the person I spoke with was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable -- later the same day, I received a FedEx shipping notice that the part I requested was on the way -- easy-peasy -- great service! I would recommend without reservation!

Easy to assemble, ok heat

I put this together the first week of January for my deck in the Midwest. I mostly use it so I don’t freeze when I’m outside waiting for my dog. Very tall. Heat output is ok - not as great as hoped, but that could be the weather here. Decent product.

Great Patio Heater

We live in the Pacific Northwest where evenings get cold quickly. The Fire Sense heater works very well in this climate and allows us to enjoy the outdoors in comfort (my wife is always cold). We look forward to using the heater often and it’s good looks add a nice touch to our patio.
