The Move itself is a good product, although i really use the "move aspect" from indoors to outdoors. love the sound that it produces but the elegant wallmount is a terrible combination with the Move. Almost EVERY time i put it on the mount it presses the bluetooth-wifi button and the show stops. terrible idea to design this thing without thinking about the button placement.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Wireless

My wife is skeptical of new gadgets. Especially when they are this expensive. She doesn't really pay attention to sound quality either but she loves this thing. The battery is very strong and the sound is miles better than any other Bluetooth speaker I've heard. Anytime we go outside this comes with us and it keeps every one happy. It can bump in the kitchen or keep us dancing on the back porch. We love it and will be getting more Sonos because of this experience

Former Bose user, never will I go back. Far superior sound quality from my Sonos Move. Will expand with adding ERS 300's in future.

Worth the investment if you add it to your Sonos system

The Move is the best move Sonos has done in a while. It's great to travel with and also sounds great in and outside the house. Gives the full sound spectrum.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: None that I can see or hear

2 of my neighbors got Sonos move speakers and we are all having difficulty with disruptions in the connection. I haven't had this problem with any of my other 6 Sonos speakers. So bummed as I had been waiting for an outdoor option from Sonos...

Cons: Unreliable

Great sound - questionable battery.

I bought this specifically for my covered porch, which I enjoy mainly on the weekends. Even with the speaker completely off, it won't hold a charge. Each weekend, the Sonos is already dead when I try to use it. The speaker itself is wonderful - the sound quality is great, and it extremely versatile.

It's a Sonos...Great Sound and Versatile

I was excited to see that Sonos has introduced a way for me to expand my system outdoors. Was looking into Sonance wired speakers for outdoors but did not want to drill holes thought the exterior of my house and did not have an ideal spot to do so. The Sonos Move is my answer. Starting with one but will eventually get a second so I can pair them for stereo. Very happy with my Move so far, nice sound, nice bass and I like the fact I can take it just about anywhere I want a "zone".

The Move fills one of the few voids Sonos had in their lineup by offering a battery powered solution. Still offering the excellent sound that they are known for.
