It should not be difficult to set up. It should be really easy. But, i required online tech support both times. A factory reset was necessary both times. Once they are set up, the sound is very good. I love the portability of the move. I can listen to excellent sound while I do yard work.

So easy to add this unit to our system (replaced defective/dead 'Roam' unit). Have other Sonos ('Five and four One) speakers in reception room - presently using'Move' in adjacent kitchen. Attempting to revive 'Roam' speaker - no success so far.
